Our repair service is direct to the public, repair turnaround time is normally 2 days to 1 week.   However for very urgent jobs we will repair on the spot at no extra charge when possible.
The cost of repairs starts from as little as $15.00 all repairs are guarenteed for a 6 month period.
Many repairs can be done under manufacturers warranty providing proper documentation is presented.

Airline Baggage Services

If your luggage is damaged by your airline there are things you can do.
Check your luggage carefully in the luggage claims area before leaving the airport.
Report any Damage immediately to the baggage services centre of the airline on which you traveled and file damage claims before you leave the airport. Failing to lodge claims immediately creates the risk that the damage will not be covered under the airlines policy.

Interstate Customers

If you live too far from our business to bring your damaged item in, call us, if the item is under warranty (proof of purchase is required) the only charge will be the freight costs.   You can also send your repair to us and we will call you and discuss the repair and it's costs before we proceed.

General Warranty Details
General information on luggage and leather goods warranties.
Most manufacturers offer a warranty that their products will be free of defects in workmanship and materials.   This does not usually cover airline damage, misuse or wear and tear.
Moving parts and wheels do show wear over time and may need to be replaced or repaired, this is generally not covered under warranty.
In most warranty claims manufacturers will undertake to repair your luggage or leather goods, replacing the item only if it cannot be repaired.
Manufacturers warranty will be supplied to customers at time of purchase.   Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
